About Your Instructor

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, I’ve traveled the world training and working in permanent makeup, sharing my knowledge and expertise along the way.

I’m an accomplished permanent makeup artist, paramedical tattoo specialist, and master instructor. Throughout my career, I’ve helped thousands of clients rediscover their confidence through personalized, one-on-one care.

After relocating to Las Vegas, I founded Alina Baroque Aesthetics, where I bring European techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to everything I do. I’m constantly learning — attending courses worldwide with the most renowned names in beauty — so my students always learn the most current methods and highest-quality procedures available.

Recognized as a pioneer in permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo, I’ve achieved master skill level in every area: lips, eyes, eyebrows, areola repigmentation, scalp micropigmentation, and scar camouflage. Teaching is my passion — and my goal is to give you the knowledge to build a successful, rewarding, and profitable career.

I teach in Romanian, Italian, and English.

Class Information

Class Hours: Classes run daily except Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with two 15-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch.

Equipment: All products and supplies you’ll need during class are provided (pigments, blades, needles, gloves, and more).

Dining: Coffee, tea, snacks, and water are provided. A refrigerator and microwave are available if you’d like to bring your own food.

Models: Please bring your own model for the live-model training day — models are not provided.

Attire: Please wear scrubs and closed-toe shoes, with long hair tied up or back.

Camera: Please bring your own camera — before-and-after photos of your models are standard professional practice.

Registration: Enrollment is first come, first served — I recommend booking early. Classes are limited to 4 students for maximum personal attention. Private one-on-one training is also available.

Payment: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat and will be applied to your total class fee. The remaining balance is due in full on the first day of class.

Fundamental Programs (no experience required):

• Microblading & Manual Shading — 3 days (kit included)
• Complete Permanent Makeup — 5 days
• Eyes — 2 days
• Lips — 2 days
• Scalp Micropigmentation — 2 days (kit included)

Advanced Programs (1 day each, fundamentals or prior experience required):

• Advanced Microblading — multiple hair-stroke patterns
• Advanced Ombre / Powder Brows
• Advanced Eyes — shaded eyeliner, eyeshadow effects
• Advanced Lips — volume and correction techniques

Paramedical Pigmentation:

• 3D Areola — 1 day (machine experience required)
• Scar Camouflage — 1 day (machine experience required)

Apprenticeship

Nevada requires a 6-month apprenticeship before you can work in this industry. My apprenticeship program meets all Southern Nevada Health District requirements and is available to students who have completed one of my programs.
